This will bring you onto our private lane and then please use the directions below to guide you in.

From Bristol town centre, travel our on the M32. Please ask hotel reception for directions. Follow motorway to the end and bear round to the left onto M4 – South Wales. At the motorway interchange follow signs round to the M5 – South West. Travel to Junction 17 and come off motorway. Follow signs for A4018, Westbury. Straight over 1st and second roundabouts, past the garage roundabout on your left. At next roundabout, bear left, still on A4018 to Westbury. At next roundabout go all the way round and back on yourself, signposted back to the motorway.

From Bristol town centre, travel out on the A 4018. Please ask hotel reception for directions to Park Street. At the top of Park Street bear left. (One Way) Get into right hand lane and follow round to the right. Stay in middle lane and follow road round to the left. Take second exit onto Whiteladies Road, to the right of The Victoria Rooms and Fountains. Watch out for signs to "Westbury". Follow this road all the way to the top of the hill. Stay in middle lane and follow road round to the right and then bear left. Travel across the “downs”, which is a large expanse of open ground at the top of Whiteladies Road. Signs should be for M5. Follow for approx 3 miles to dual carriageway

Keep following dual carriageway. After passing Stax and a new housing development called SevenPoint on your left, take the next left turn sign posted for Clifton Rugby Club. Stay in the right hand lane and at the junction go straight across into Axa Sun Life Sports and social ground. Take the private road on the right hand side.
Please drive slowly and be considerate of cars/people on the lane.
Follow over the motorway bridge and turn LEFT and follow lane into car park.

To Bere Regis

Follow the A 338 towards Poole
Pick up and follow the A35 towards Dorchester
Bere Regis is sign posted

Follow the A31 towards the West and Dorchester
Stay on the A 31 until the Bere Regis signs are picked up

Bear left up Rye Hill
Turn Right at the top of the hill just after Pampered Pigs Farm shop (BH20 7LP) - this is a B road please drive safely!! (Yearlings drove)
Drive for approximately 4 miles until you reach a cross roads (with the B3390)
Straight across is the track to Max Events – follow it for 1 mile and you will reach Max events on the right.

Exit at Junction 13, take the A34 to Oxford. After 9 miles take the A4185 to Wantage. Go straight over the first and second roundabout. After Grove Road (signposted Harwell Village), take the right into Grove Farm (Max Events). If you reach the Packhorse pub you have gone too far!

Exit M40 at Junction 9, take the A34 to Oxford/Newbury. Exit at the A4130 (Milton Interchange) Junction, take the 4th Exit, follow the A4130 signposted Wantage for approximately 1 mile, through 1 set of traffic lights. Drive past the Milton Hill Hotel, turn left into Grove Farm and follow signs to Max Events.

When you have reached Grove Farm follow the track and signs to the reception area.
